Cancellation Policy

IndySoft reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule courses and to change instructors. Please be advised that in the event of a course cancellation, IndySoft is not responsible for penalties or other travel related expenses you may incur.

If you need to cancel, refunds will be issued as noted:

• Requests for cancellations received more than 10 business days before the start of the course will receive a full refund

• Requests received within 10 business days of the course will incur a $150 processing fee

• Registrants that fail to attend without advance notice are liable for the entire course fee

• Registration may be transferred to another individual within your organization if the original registrant is unable to attend
