Schedule

Attendees will receive up to 28 hours of hands-on practical training that they can put into use immediately upon returning from the workshop.

Per each attendee’s discretion, they may additionally attend the Wednesday session that focuses on the IndySoft application including recently added features, future roadmap, and Q&A with IndySoft staff. CEUs are not awarded for the Wednesday session.

At the conclusion of the training, each attendee will receive a Certificate of Training with the earned CEU Credits, plus a memory stick containing a copy of the presentation and the handouts that are presented during the workshop.

Days 1-2 and 4-5 are focused on general management and uncertainty concepts and are applicable to all calibration, testing, maintenance, and analytical lab managers, supervisors, and quality assurance representatives, regardless of whether they are IndySoft users or not. The Wednesday session will focus on high-level uses of IndySoft applications that will benefit a broad audience. It is not designed as a training course for individual labs.
